At Prolux Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use the guest tracking portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original boxes, ensuring all seals are intact and including a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
